4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. ricotta or cottage cheese
1 can any pie filling (optional)

Mix all ingredients in blender. Grease pie pan and pour ingredients into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Either serve plain or pour pie filling over top when cool. Refrigerate.
