CHEESE CAKE PIE 
12 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/3 c. milk

CRUST:

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter

Soften cream cheese; add sugar and eggs, beating until creamy. Add vanilla, almond and milk. Mix well and put in pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Take out and while still hot, put topping on top. Mix together 1/2 pint sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/4 teaspoon each vanilla and almond extracts. Spread over pie. Bake 4 minutes more, cool and chill.
