ITALIAN PORK CHOPS | |
8 one half inch thick pork chops Wesson oil Potatoes Garlic salt Dried parsley flakes Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper Cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking pan with Wesson oil. Slice potatoes 1/4 inch thick and place one layer in pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, garlic, salt, cheese, and parsley flakes. Slice and repeat another layer. Place pork chops on top of potatoes and sprinkle with same ingredients. Cook at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven; turn pork chops, and sprinkle again. Cook another 30 minutes or until pork chops and potatoes are done. |
