TOPSY TURVY CUPCAKES (NEED NO
FROSTING)
 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips

Mix first 4 ingredients well then add chips and set aside. 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. granulated sugar 1/4 c. cocoa 1 tsp. vanilla 1/3 c. oil 1 c. water 1 tsp. vinegar

Mix last 9 ingredients well. Fill cupcake papers 1/3 full with chocolate batter then put 1 tbsp. cream cheese mixture on top of each. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes approximately 18 cupcakes.
