ROAST CHICKEN IN FOIL 
2 broiler chicken about 2 lb. each cut in 1/2 lengthwise
2 sticks butter
Enough foil to wrap tightly
4 c. hot fluffy cooked rice

Put chicken 1/2's on foil large enough to bring up over the top and wrap tightly. Cut butter into 1/4 inch slices and arrange over the chicken. Sprinkle with the soup mix. Cover tightly so no steam can escape. put in 300 degree oven 45 minutes. Open one corner of the foil and test for doneness. Serve with the rice. Use a spoonful of the juices in the bottom of the foil to top the rice.
