FOIL CHICKEN 
2 chicken breasts, split
1 c. boiling water
2 bouillon cubes or packets
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. onion salt or flakes
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. dehydrated vegetables flakes

Combine water, butter and broth mix. Let cool 5 minutes. Stir in lemon juice. Place each chicken breast in the center of the square of foil. Sprinkle with vegetable flakes and onion salt. Pour 1/4 of the broth on this. Seal edges. You can add slices of potatoes.

You can bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or can put this on an outside grill. Makes 4 servings.

My kids enjoyed this. (I am vegetarian, so can only comment on preparation.). I seasoned with Tony Chachere's and added onion with the potatoes. I cooked at 400°F for 30 minutes because I was also roasting broccoli. I would definitely make it again.
