FOIL BAKED CHICKEN 
1/4 c. water
1/3 c. catsup
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. dry mustard
6-8 chicken breasts (I like to skin)

Blend first 10 ingredients in a bowl. Dip chicken pieces in sauce and place each on a piece of foil. Pour 1 tablespoon of sauce over each portion. Wrap each piece securely, cutting a small vent (so packet doesn't expand). Bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. Open foil, brush with remaining sauce and bake another 15 minutes. Very juicy and tender!
