CHICKEN BREASTS BAKED IN FOIL 
6 breasts boned with wing

Dry 14 slices of white bread in 200°F oven; crumble and reserve. Sauté 1 cup minced celery and onion until golden. Remove from heat and add 1 cup chopped walnuts, 1/2 cup chopped parsley, 2 teaspoons salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Toss with bread crumbs.

Place equal portions in foil. Place chicken breast on filling in foil, sprinkle 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1 tablespoon lemon juice over chicken. Fold foil so it's air-tight.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool half of packages and freeze. Open remaining packages; fold to make a boat shape. Baste with juices in container and bake at 450°F for 15 minutes. Serve in foil.

To bake frozen - bake in 375°F oven for 30 minutes, open and finish as above.
