BRENT'S BBQ BAKED CHICKEN WINGS
1 bag of chicken wings
chicken seasoning
1 to 2 bottles of honey BBQ sauce
1 large baking pan
aluminum foil
1 cup of water

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Wash the chicken wings in cold water, then place in pan. Sprinkle chicken seasoning on the chicken on both sides. Pour 1 cup of water in the pan or enough to cover the bottom of the pan (this will help the steam cook the meat and keep the meat tender).

Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place in oven. Allow the chicken to cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Remove the pan from the oven and drain the excess juice. Pour the BBQ sauce over the chicken wings until covered.

Cover the pan back up with foil and return to the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve.

I'm not sure why you say to cook so long. I used legs with thigh and it took an hour at most. wings would take less time less meat.

This chicken wings recipe is the best one I have made. The directions are so easy and the end result is so tasty! The meat is so moist and falls off the bone. I used PAM to prepare the pan but I think I the next time I make this, I will line the pan to make cleanup even easier. BTW - I also did chicken thighs with the wings and they were also awesome. I'm thinking all chicken parts would be wonderful if using this recipe!!
