OVEN POACHED SALMON

Seal in foil:

2 salmon steaks
1/3 c. dry white wine
2/3 c. water
Cracked whole black pepper
Salt
Bay leaves

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve hot or cold with dilled mayonnaise.
