2 med.-lg. cucumbers
1/2 c. rice or white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. packed brown sugar

If cucumbers are waxed, peel them. Slice thinly. In a bowl, combine vinegar and brown sugar. Stir cucumbers into mixture and mix well.
