Serving size: 1/2 cup Calories: Negligible Exchanges: 1 serving = 1 Vegetable A 1/2 c. water 1 c. cider vinegar Artificial sweetener equivalent to 1/8 c. sugar 1/8 c. finely chopped dill pickle 2 cucumbers, sliced thin 1 stalk thinly sliced celery Boil the water, vinegar, sweetener, pickle and salt. Place cucumber and celery slices in glass jar; pour boiling liquid over them. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Drain before serving. |
