EASY FRUIT COCKTAIL DESSERT 
2 (28 oz. ea.) cans fruit cocktail (in light syrup)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding (vanilla, lemon or banana)
1 prepared angel food cake (or pound cake)

Mix first 2 ingredients well and chill in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours until thickened.

Serve over slices of cake.

Top each serving with whipped cream, if desired.
