FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE | |
CAKE: 1 1/2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg 1 (15 oz.) fruit cocktail, undrained TOPPING: 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. chopped pecans Beat egg. Add sugar. Mix well. Add fruit cocktail and mix. Add dry ingredients and mix. Pour in 9x13 inch baking pan. Mix brown sugar and nuts. Sprinkle over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes for metal pan, 325 degrees for glass pan. |
