FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
CAKE:

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail (do not drain)
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
Cinnamon

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 c. canned Milnot milk
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Do Not Use A Mixer; a spoon only: blend sugar, eggs and fruit cocktail. Add flour and baking soda. Stir until well mixed. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 350 to 40 minutes.

Icing: Mix butter, sugar, milk in small saucepan; boil about 2 minutes over medium heat. Remove from stove, add vanilla and coconut. Spread over cake while still hot. Grandpa's favorite!
