GRANDMA'S FRUIT COCKTAIL DELIGHT 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello (regular)
1/2 cup sugar
1 (15 oz.) can tropical fruit salad/cocktail with juice (Dole)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (4 oz.) jar pears baby food (Gerber)
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 cup rainbow marshmallows
shredded coconut and rum soaked walnuts, for garnish (optional)

Simmer jello, sugar and fruit (with juice) together in a pan. Move to a large bowl to cool.

Cream room temperature cheese and Gerber Pears. Fold together all remaining ingredients (including marshmallows) in large mixing bowl.

Fill a cake pan or festive mold. Refrigerate until firm.

Garnish with coconut and walnuts, if desired. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
