HAMBURGERS PARMIGIANA | |
1 garlic clove, minced 1 lb. ground beef 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1 jar (15 oz.) chunk style spaghetti sauce 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese 4 slices French bread, toasted or 2 hamburger buns, split 1 can sliced mushrooms Mix ground beef, garlic and Parmesan cheese. Shape into patties, 1/2 inch thick. Fry and drain. Mix sliced mushrooms with spaghetti sauce and heat through. Top each patty with 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese, right when it comes from oven and let stand until cheese melts. Cover each patty with sauce mix and serve on French bread. |
