HAMBURGER SOUP 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. parsley
1 lg. carrot, cut up
1 1/2 c. broken spaghetti
Salt & pepper to taste

Fry hamburger, chopped onion and celery until hamburger is done. Drain off fat. Put in large kettle and add 3 quarts of water. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, parsley, carrots, salt and pepper. Boil until carrots are done. Then add spaghetti and boil until done.
