HAMBURGER SOUP | |
2 qt. water 2 lb. hamburger 5 carrots 5 stocks celery 3 med. onions 4 oz. noodles 3 beef bouillon cubes Salt & pepper to taste 1 (13 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up 1 (13 oz.) can spaghetti sauce Bring water to boil. In a frying pan coat with Pam and break hamburger in pieces and brown. Add to water. Be sure it is well drained. Cut carrots, celery and onions in 1/2 inch pieces. Add salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Add bouillon cubes, tomatoes and spaghetti sauce. Simmer for 45 minutes. Add noodles and boil 10 minutes more. |
