HAMBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
Onion (optional)
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
6 oz. can tomato paste
4 slices Mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. water
8 oz. can crescent rolls
1/4 c. Parmesan

Brown ground beef with pepper and onion; drain. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato paste, and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Separate crescent dough into triangles. Place them in a 9-inch pie pan. Press over bottom and up sides to form crust. Top with 2 slices of Mozzarella cheese.

Spoon remaining meat over cheese and top with 1/4 cup Parmesan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven. Cut remaining Mozzarella into strips and place on hot pie in a lattice pattern.
