HAMBURGER ROLLS WITH BACON 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 egg
1 c. bread crumbs (5 slices)
Sm. amount onion or 1 tbsp. onion flakes
3/4 c. milk
Salt & pepper

Mix well all together. Take 3 or 4 ounces and form into length of the width of hand. Take one strip of bacon and wrap around roll fastening end with toothpick. Put under broiler or oven, turning so all sides get brown, 20 to 30 minutes.
