KATHLEEN'S BACON ROLL - UPS 
20 slices white bread, crusts trimmed and flattened with rolling pin
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. salami, finely diced
20 slices bacon

Mix together cheeses, mustard and salami. Spread on each slice of bread. Roll up each slice, starting with a corner. Cut in half. Roll 1/2 slice bacon around each. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes using cookie sheet with edges.
