1 chocolate cake mix
16 oz. cream cheese
15 oz. Ricotta cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Prepare cake mix per package directions. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Mix together cheeses, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour on top of cake mix.

Bake at 325°F for 50 to 60 minutes or until fork comes out clean.

Italian Love Cake Frosting:

1 small instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix and spread on cake.
