ITALIAN LOVE CAKE 
1 Pillsbury Marble Cake mix with pudding

Prepare cake mix with pudding as directed. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.

FILLING:

2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and spread over cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool completely before frosting. Filling sinks to the bottom and cake rises to the top while baking.

FROSTING:

1 sm. box instant chocolate pudding
1 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix pudding with milk. Mix and fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cake and refrigerate overnight. Cut in small squares.

Serves 15 to 20 people.
