ITALIAN LOVE CAKE 
1 box chocolate cake mix, prepared according to pkg. instructions
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 sm. box instant chocolate pudding
1 c. milk
10 oz. container Cool Whip

Mix together cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Set aside.

Prepare cake mix and pour into 13x9 inch pan. Spread cheese mixture over top of unbaked cake. Bake at 325 for 1 hour 15 minutes or until cake tests done. After baking the cheese will fall to bottom of cake. Cool cake.

Mix all topping ingredients and spread over top of cake. Keep in refrigerator.
