GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, diced 1 can green beans, drained 1 can Franco American spaghetti & cheese 1 can water chestnuts, sliced & drained 1 heaping c. chopped celery 1 green pepper 1 can mushrooms 1 soup can of water 1 can cream of mushroom soup Brown ground beef and onion. Combine everything except soup and water. Pour soup and water mixture on top. Spread evenly. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can mix night before and refrigerate. Can use more green beans or spaghetti if you wish. |
