BANANA OATMEAL MUFFINS 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
2 sm. bananas
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oats (regular, not quick cook)

Cream sugar and butter and add the egg and mashed banana and stir well. Add the baking powder, baking soda and salt to the flour and then add that mixture to the creamed mixture. Add the oats and stir well. Divide into 12 muffin cups lined with paper and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. (Muffins should be golden brown.)
