BANANA AND OATMEAL MUFFINS 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. ripe mashed bananas
3/4 c. honey
1/4 c. milk
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. English walnuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs, bananas, honey and milk.

In a separate bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture, beating until blended. Stir in oats, raisins and nuts.

Spoon batter into greased muffin tins, filling each 3/4 full. Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Yield: 18 muffins.
