HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. (2 lb.) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
Dash pepper

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Combine all ingredients except topping and place in a greased 9x13 inch pan.

Combine topping ingredients and spread over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6-8.
