HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
32 oz. bag frozen has browns, thawed
16 oz. carton sour cream
8 oz. bag shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
Onion flakes and salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Bake in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish with 3/4 stick of butter melted in it. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
