HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
32 oz. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar

Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish. Mix frozen potatoes and rest of ingredients together. Pour into Pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Stir once or twice while cooking. Serves: 8 to 10.
