HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, cubed 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1 pt. (2 c.) sour cream 2 c. (10 oz.) sharp grated cheese Combine all and pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Add topping of 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter mixed. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
