CHICKEN BAKE ORIENTAL 
1 whole chicken, cooked
1 c. diced celery
1 can water chestnuts
3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. slivered toasted almonds
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. crushed potato chips
1 c. cheddar cheese

Combine all but cheese and chips. Turn into casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and chips. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through.
