CHICKEN ORIENTAL 
3 lbs. chicken pieces or boneless chicken breasts or thighs
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix and marinate chicken at least 2 hours, one day is better. Put 1 1/2 cups flour in a bag and coat chicken.

Melt 3/4 stick butter and dip each piece. Then coat in 6 ounce of crushed chow mein noodles.

Put in large casserole and bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Turn after 1/2 hour.
