EGG & CHEESE OMELET 
4 slices thin bread, remove crust & cube
4 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. hot sauce
1 c. grated sharp cheese

Place bread cubes in a buttered casserole. Fork beat eggs. Add milk, salt and hot sauce. Place cheese over bread, pour egg mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until firm. Can be mixed and let stand overnight before baking. Can also be warmed up after baking. Serves 6 to 8.
