CABBAGE HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 c. raw rice, cooked
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter
2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 lg. cabbage, shredded

Combine rice and hamburger. Saute onion and pepper in butter, season and add to meat mixture. Butter a casserole and layer the cabbage, meat and cabbage. Cover with following mixture: 1/2 c. vinegar 1 can water 1/4 c. sugar

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
