CABBAGE "DIET" CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
2 tomatoes
2 cans tomato soup
3/4 head cabbage
1 med. onion
1 green pepper
1 c. water

Brown meat. Cut cabbage into wedges, lay in baking dish (buttered). Cover with meat, sprinkle rice over meat; add sliced onion, sliced green pepper, and sliced tomatoes. Add water to soup and spoon over entire dish. Bake in 9"x13" dish at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
