CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 small cabbage
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1/4 c. uncooked rice
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes

Cut cabbage into small wedges and place in greased casserole dish. Brown and drain hamburger and onion; mix with rice and pour over cabbage. Chop or mash tomatoes and pour over top. Cook, covered, at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
