ENGLISH TOFFEE 
1 c. real butter (this is a must)
1 c. firm packed light brown sugar
6 plain Hershey chocolate bars
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Tastes like almond rocha!

Combine butter and brown sugar in medium saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium-high heat until mixture reaches 300 degrees on a candy thermometer. Immediately pour into a buttered 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Immediately layer chocolate bars over hot mixture. Sprinkle walnuts over chocolate and press them in. Let cool until firm and break into small pieces.
