ASPARAGUS AU GRATIN 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus spears or cut asparagus
Half of 10 1/2 oz. can condensed cream of celery or mushroom soup
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Place cooked asparagus in 1 quart casserole. Combine remaining ingredients except cheese; pour over asparagus. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
