AU GRATIN POTATOES MADE THE EASY
WAY
 
2 lb. bag Ore Ida hash brown potatoes
2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix all ingredients together and place in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. In separate bowl, combine 4 cups corn flakes (crushed) and 1/2 cup butter. Sprinkle over top of potatoes. Bake at 300 to 325 degrees for 1 hour.
