POTATO CASSEROLE AU GRATIN | |
2 lbs. hash browns 1 pt. (8 oz.) sour cream 3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 tsp. salt TOPPING: 2 c. Corn Flakes, crushed 1 c. cheese, shredded Mix all of the ingredients above together, except for the topping. Melt 1 stick of butter and add 1/2 of this to the mixture. Pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Add the rest of the melted butter to the Corn Flakes and spread evenly on top. Spread the 1 cup of shredded cheese on top of the Corn Flake crumbs. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
