AU GRATIN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hash browns, thawed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. carton sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
4 oz. pkg. grated Cheddar cheese

Put mixture in 9 x 15 inch pan and sprinkle 2 cups crushed corn flakes on top, then drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter over corn flakes. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
