AU GRATIN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 c. grated cheese (cheddar or Colby)
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 c. thin sliced cooked potatoes

Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour and salt. Add milk gradually, cook until thickened. Stirring constantly, add cheese, stir until melted. Remove from heat. Place cooked potatoes in greased baking dish, cover with cheese sauce. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
