EASY AU GRATIN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
16 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix potatoes, sour cream, salt, soup, onion, and cheese. Place in 13 x 9 inch pan. Top with crushed cracker and butter mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Just made it but boiled some yukon golds instead of using hashbrowns.
