AU GRATIN VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
2 c. fresh cauliflower 2 c. fresh broccoli 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. cheese (Swiss, Colby, cheddar, Parmesan or any mixture) 1 can French fried onions Separate cauliflower and broccoli into flowerets. Steam until verily done. Drain. Spoon half of vegetables into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole; spoon 1/2 of soup over vegetables; sprinkle with 1/2 the cheese. Layer remaining vegetables, soup and cheese. Top with onions. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove cover and bake 10 more minutes until bubbly. |
