BEEF VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
4 med. potatoes (boil in skin)
1 can Durkee onions
1 can French style green beans (16 oz.)
1 can cream of mushroom
1 lb. ground beef (brown)

Butter dish, slice potatoes (skin first). Layer potatoes, green beans, ground beef. Pour 1 can of cream of mushroom soup over. Put in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Take out. Put can of onions on top. Cook 10 minutes. Serve with cornbread.
