CAJUN SAUSAGE AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 c. water
1 c. rice
1 env. onion soup
1 lg. onion
1 lg. green pepper, cut into pieces
Celery (optional)
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. soy sauce

Brown sausage. Add rice and water. Add dry onion soup. Cut up onion into large pieces. Add celery now if you like. Add in spices. When the rice is almost done, add pepper and steam until tender. You can substitute boneless chicken.
