CURRIED FRUIT 
4 c. canned "fruit for salad" or chunk fruit cocktail
2 c. canned cherries
2 c. pineapple chunks
2 c. apricot halves
6 tbsp. melted butter
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder (more if you like!)

Drain fruits well. Mix butter, brown sugar and curry powder. Place fruit in oven casserole dish. Pour "syrup" over fruit and mix. Bake 350 degrees, covered, 30-40 minutes. Mix before serving.
