FRUIT CURRY (WITH HAM OR PORK) 
2 lg. cans peach halves
1 lg. can apricots
1 lg. can pineapple chunks
1 lg. can pear halves
1/2 sm. bottle maraschino cherries

Drain liquid from all above fruits. Mix:

3 tbsp. or 1/3 c. melted butter
1 heaping tsp. curry powder (can sub. cinnamon)
1/2 c. brown sugar

Put above fruit in mixture and bake in 325 degree oven, covered casserole for 1 hour.
